Going Home II helps incarcerated people prepare for and actualize a successful return to the community by providing tailored guidance and support through material resources, transitional housing, and personal and professional mentoring. The organization also works with community stakeholders and families to build resilience through relational repair.

Guidance

Our programs begin at the corrections facility and offer personal guidance throughout the entire transition process. We offer the preparation needed to work towards a brighter future.
