Transition & Re-entry

Our Transition and Reentry programs work with recently released incarcerated people at Columbia River Correctional Institution, Oregon State Penitentiary, and Oregon Youth Authority. We Support their transition back into our community, and provide the following programs:

• Weekly classes inside correctional facilities providing life skills, guest speakers, etc.

• H.E.A.T. (Habilitation Empowerment Accountability Therapy) and Pathways to Better Choices

• Mentorship once they release

• Transitional Housing

• Re-entry planning: housing, employment, addressing mental and behavioral health needs
