Violence Prevention & Community Safety

 Our Community Safety and Violence Prevention programs provide the following interventions with the goal of making our community safer and providing a new path for individuals that are at high risk of committing violence.

• H.E.A.T. (Habilitation, Empowerment, Accountability Therapy) and Pathways to Better Choices to incarcerated men at Columbia River Correctional Institution, Oregon State Penitentiary, and Oregon Youth Authority

• Intensive Case Management to individuals high risk of committing gun violence or becoming a victim of gun violence

• Street level outreach workers that work to deter potential gun violence as well as retaliations.

• Funerals and Relocation Assistance

• Transitional Housing for both men and women

• Assist incarcerated individuals with re-entry supports

• Support of victims of gun violence

• Neighborhood Stabilization
