Behavioral Health & Social Wellness

 

Our Behavioral Health and Social Wellness programs are delivered through a culturally specific lens to support those in the Black community suffering from addictions. These services are free of charge and can be accessed by anyone in need.  The services we provide are:

  • Peer Support Services

  • Housing Support

  • Employment Supports

  • Transitional Housing for both men and women

To obtain services you can visit our Behavioral Health and Social Wellness Center Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm at 1523 NE 6th Ave, Portland OR 97232.  Or by calling 971-420-8207 during office hours or 503-793-1249 after office hours.
