Violence Prevention & Community Safety

 

 Our Violence Prevention and Community Safety programs provide the following interventions with the goal of making our community safer and providing a new path for individuals that are at high risk of committing violence.

  • H.E.A.T. (Habilitation Empowerment Accountability Therapy) and M.R.T. (Moral Recognition Therapy) to incarcerated men and Columbia River Correctional Institution

  • Intensive Case Management to individuals high risk of committing gun violence or becoming a victim of gun violence

  • Street level Outreach workers that work to deter potential gun violence as well as retaliations.

  • Funerals and Relocation Assistance

  • Transitional Housing for both men and women

  • Assist incarcerated individuals with re-entry supports

  • Support of victims of gun violence
